- This combatsTough, woody and broad-leaved weeds
Luxan Genoxone ZX is a powerful foliar herbicide with systemic action, specially designed to control persistent weeds. The product is effective against a wide range of broadleaf and woody plants, such as horsetail, nettles, thistles, brambles and shrubs.
How does Genoxone ZX work?
Genoxone ZX penetrates through the leaves to the roots of the weeds. The product stops the growth of the plant, causing it to die off completely. Thanks to its systemic action, it tackles both above-ground and underground parts of the plant. This makes it particularly suitable for controlling difficult-to-remove weeds, such as horsetail and brambles. The product does not act on grasses, which is ideal for selective weed control.
The benefits of Genoxone ZX:
- Powerful action against broadleaf and woody weeds.
- Suitable for persistent weeds such as horsetail and brambles.
- Systemic action: penetrates to the roots.
- Selective: no action on grasses.
- Effective in bushes and on temporarily or permanently uncultivated areas.
When do I use Luxan Genoxone ZX?
Use Luxan Genoxone ZX when dealing with stubborn weeds such as nettles, thistles or brambles. The product is ideal for temporary or permanent uncultivated areas, such as spots with shrubs or bushes. Make sure to apply the product under growing conditions, when the plants have developed sufficient leaf mass.
Note: Avoid application during hot, sunny days or shortly before a sunny period is expected. Wait at least 4 weeks before sowing crops on treated plots.
How do I use Luxan Genoxone ZX?
Follow the steps below for best results:
- Mix 12.5 ml of Genoxone ZX with 1 litre of water.
- Spray the plants until the liquid just barely runs off the leaves.
- Provide a dry period after application to allow the pesticide to take full effect.
Important tips:
- Do not use the product in greenhouses.
- Make sure the product does not get on leaves of trees.
- Conifers in dormant condition are usually insensitive, but contact should be avoided.
